Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business. Given the size and weight of furniture items, we encourage you to double-check dimensions and colors before placing an order.

1. Return Window We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in the original packaging.

2. Order Cancellation

  • Before Shipping: You may cancel your order for a full refund if it has not yet been shipped or processed.

  • After Shipping: Once the shipping label has been created or the item has left our warehouse, the order cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the item and then follow the standard return process.

3. Returns Due to “Change of Mind” If you wish to return an item due to personal preference (e.g., “I don’t like the color,” “It’s too big/small,” “I changed my mind”), the following terms apply:

  • Return Shipping Fee: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item. Please note that international shipping for large furniture items can be expensive.

  • Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.

  • Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original box with all protective materials. We cannot accept returns without the original packaging.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items We pack our furniture with great care, but damage can occasionally occur during transit.

  • Reporting Window: You must report any shipping damage, defects, or missing parts within 48 hours of delivery.

    1. Your Order Number.

    2. Clear photos or videos of the damage/defect.

    3. Photos of the outer packaging (box).

  • Resolution: Depending on the severity of the issue, we will offer a free replacement part, a partial refund, or a full replacement at no cost to you. Do not return damaged items without contacting us first.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized furniture.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”.

  • Items that have been assembled or modified by the customer.

6. Return Process

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions. Do not send items back to the manufacturer address on the box without our confirmation.

  3. Ship the item using a trackable shipping service. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for items over $75. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

7. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges) will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 10 business days.
