Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 5 – 7 business days. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays. During high-volume periods, processing may take an additional 2-3 days.

Shipping Destinations & Estimated Delivery Times

We offer flexible shipping options depending on your location and urgency. Please review the estimated delivery times below. Note: Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Transit Time.

1. United States

  • Standard Ocean Shipping: 45 – 60 Business Days. (Most economical)

  • Expedited Ocean Shipping: 30 – 40 Business Days. (Faster sea route)

  • Air Freight (Select Items Only): 10 – 15 Business Days. (Fastest, for smaller items)

2. Europe

  • Local Warehouse Delivery (Stock Dependent): 7 – 15 Business Days.

    • Note: Only applies to items marked “In Stock in EU Warehouse”. If the item is out of stock locally, it will ship from our central warehouse via Ocean Freight (see Global Shipping below).

  • Standard Ocean Shipping: 45 – 60 Business Days.

3. Australia

  • Standard Ocean Shipping: 40 – 55 Business Days.

4. Rest of the World (Canada, Asia, etc.)

  • Standard Ocean Shipping: 45 – 60 Business Days.

Important Notice Regarding Tracking (Sea Freight)

For orders shipped via Ocean Freight, please be aware that the tracking number (e.g., FedEx/UPS/Trucking) acts as a “last-mile” tracking number.

  • Phase 1 (Ocean Transit): The tracking status may show “Label Created” or “Pending” for the first 30-40 days. This is normal. Your package is in transit across the ocean and has not been lost.

  • Phase 2 (Local Delivery): Once the vessel arrives at the port and clears customs, the package will be handed to the local carrier. The tracking link will then update with an estimated delivery date.

Delayed Delivery Compensation

We strive to deliver on time, but international shipping can be subject to unexpected delays (customs inspections, weather, port congestion).
If your order arrives later than the estimated timeframe mentioned above, we would like to offer you a discount on your next purchase as a gesture of goodwill:

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Unless otherwise specified, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their local government. However, for most Standard Ocean Shipping orders to the US and EU, we handle the customs clearance process.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your tracking information hasn’t updated for more than 60 business days, please contact us. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a full refund or resend the item immediately.
